Jay Chou music is red hot in China asia region. good music and style. Not popular of course in west. S'pore is east meet west.
Some Jay Chou music is relly good. eg East wind break, 东风破。 Its almost classical. Of course the lyric is not easy to understand for westerner. But the music melody is universal right.

The Dong Feng Po music melody is almost classical.a bit oriental
Just take the music, legal ot illegal first. Get some semipro/pro to fill in the western lyric. Or amateur first. And you get a smash hit, proven in the east.
